The Resurrection of Yeshua remains the watershed issue of faith. His Resurrection proved the deity of Yeshua. Salvation depends on God’s grace and our faith in the atoning death, burial and resurrection of Messiah Yeshua. Just believing that Yeshua was a good man will not result in reconciliation to God or the forgiveness of sin.
Not coincidentally the Resurrection of Yeshua was on the Feast of First Fruits, the first day after the Sabbath of Passover. Therefore Yeshua is called the “first fruits of the dead.” God’s calendar is perfect!
1 Corinthians 15:12-17
Now if Christ is preached that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen. And if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty. Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God, because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ, whom He did not raise up—if in fact the dead do not rise. For if the dead do not rise, then Christ is not risen. And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins!
Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; my flesh also will rest in hope. For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
PRAY ISRAEL WILL UNDERSTAND THE ULTIMATE FULFILLMENT OF THE FEAST OF FIRST FRUITS – THE RESURRECTION OF YESHUA.
